Short Health Walks

Walk and talk your way to fitness! Our walking groups are a great way to start out if you are unaccustomed to exercise, and you’ll make new friends into the bargain!

Our Short Health Walks are led by volunteer Walk Leaders and we offer a number throughout Dundee.
